This set features an in-line frame.  In truth they are very easy to set up and quite fun.  Everything you need comes in the zip.  My favorite aspect of the in-line frame set up is that you can keep adding data into this area as long as you want and it does not effect the size of your page at all.  The one ESSENTIAL to remember is that any link tag you place on this page must include target="_blank" in the tag.  This will cause the link to open up as a new page and NOT inside this window.  (you will see when you look at the source code and see how I did my LOGO links)
